RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO)

RPO works well for all sizes of organisation from smaller companies where an internal HR and / or recruitment resource is not cost effective to larger companies that may need extra resource for a limited period with regard to a specific recruitment campaign. The solution is structured to provide all the benefits of having your own in house resource but with reduced costs and none of the associated risks. Clients can draw on our services as much or as little as they like dependant on what the business requires, allowing key employees to concentrate on areas of the business where they can add real value.

The solution is bespoke designed to meet our client’s requirements but can include designing job descriptions and candidate acquisition strategies, arranging web and print advertising, response handling, making direct candidate approaches, creating your own talent bank and the management of other agencies.

RECENT RPO ASSIGNMENT

Responsible for leading and coordinating the white collar recruitment on behalf of the Construction Joint Venture Partners on the £745 million contract to design, build, finance and operate the new Aberdeen Western Periphery Route.

CONTINGENCY RECRUITMENT

Contingency Recruitment works well for standardised entry level to mid management roles where there is a large pool of potential candidates, positions where the client is searching for transferable skills or multiple positions requiring the same skill set.

Our Consultants focus on advertisement response and their extensive network of contacts in order to find relevant interested candidates with volume and speed of supply being key constraints.

GRADUATE RESOURCING, RECRUITMENT AND ASSESSMENT (BPS Level A & B)

  • Review and assess incoming applications to the Graduate Programme.
  • Respond to incoming applicant enquiries in a highly professional and positive manner
  • Conduct structured face to face and/or telephone interviews
  • Facilitate internal assessment days.

RETAINED SEARCH AND SELECTION

Retained Search and Selection is ideal for those positions which cannot be recruited through Contingency Recruitment due to skill set, location or the importance placed on finding the absolute best candidate for the role. Our Consultants follow a research driven, systematic, targeted search process which ensures that the best candidates in the market are contacted rather than those who are just on the market for a new position.
